What needed fixing

Esports audiences were highly engaged but structurally fragmented:

[ PROBLEM ]

  1. Content fragmentation

Spread across Twitch, YouTube, and tournament platforms

  2. No unified discovery

Lack of personalization or centralized viewing experience

  3. Weak retention mechanics

    No incentive beyond individual streams

  4. No loyalty system

    Missing rewards for ongoing engagement

  5. Limited sponsor interaction tools

    Weak mechanisms for active engagement

  6. No social or competitive layer

    Absence of community structure

  7. Event-only engagement

Spikes during live events, no sustained retention

Attention was high, but not sustained or monetized long-term.
